- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- Toasted sesame seeds, salt, and pepper

Roasted cauliflower florets with lemon tahini, toasted sesame, and torn mint.
