Ingredients
- 3 large cucumbers
- 1 cup thick labneh or Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint, plus small leaves
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- Olive oil, salt, and black pepper

Appetizer
Cool cucumber cups filled with lemony labneh, toasted walnuts, sumac, and fresh mint.
Chop mint just before mixing it into the labneh so the filling stays bright green.
