- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 6 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Whipped cream, for serving
- Flaky sea salt

Dessert
Dense chocolate custards infused with fresh mint leaves, finished with cream and flaky salt.
Press the steeped mint gently in the strainer, but stop before squeezing out bitter green notes.
