Ingredients
- 1 loaf lemon pound cake
- 3 cups mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup torn fresh mint
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Pinch of salt
