Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Toasted coconut, for serving

Dessert
Avocado, lime, coconut cream, and fresh mint blend into a silky chilled mousse.
Blend until completely smooth; tiny mint flecks are welcome, but avocado lumps are not.
