Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
- 1 cup granola
- Pinch of flaky salt

Dessert
Thick yogurt, berries, walnuts, and granola get dressed with honey warmed just enough to carry fresh mint.
Warm the honey off the boil; high heat can flatten mint's fresh edge.
