Ingredients
- 6 cups sliced plums
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon minced rosemary
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
- Vanilla yogurt, for serving

Dessert
Tart plums, a small amount of rosemary, and fresh mint sit under a buttery oat crumble.
Use rosemary lightly; too much can crowd out the mint.
