- 1 orange, juiced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cans black beans
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1 bay leaf
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper
