Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cucumber and 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped mint
- 1 garlic clove, lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Dinner
Warm spices, rice, cucumber, tomatoes, and a cool mint sauce in one generous bowl.
Use spearmint here if you have it; its sweetness is especially good with lamb.
