- 8 corn tortillas
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 2 limes, juiced
- Avocado, salt, and olive oil

Fast shrimp tacos with crunchy cabbage, lime, jalapeno, and cool fresh mint.
Chop mint just before adding it to cabbage so the slaw smells fresh at the table.
